Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question 1
Do I have to take all 3 phases?
No. Each phase is independent. You can stop after Phase 1 if you simply want to validate your ideas. Phases 2 and 3 are only activated with your written agreement.
Question 2
Is the cost estimate guaranteed?
No, and I'm being transparent about that. The estimate provided in Phase 2 is indicative, based on the information available at the time of the design. It does not constitute a contractual commitment regarding the final cost of the work.
Question 3
Who manages the construction companies and payments?
Contracts and payments to companies remain your responsibility as the project owner. My role in Phase 3 is to coordinate the work, monitor its compliance, and be your single point of contact on site.
Question 4
Does my project require a building permit?
It depends on the nature of the work and the local regulations. If authorization is required, I can assist you in preparing the necessary documents through a specific amendment.
Question 5
Do you only operate in Valais?
My work is primarily focused on Valais and the Savièse region. Please feel free to contact me for projects outside this area; each situation is assessed individually.
